There’s also a dedicated workspace and access to a private deck that is fully furnished for relaxation. First Bathroom: Next to the master bedroom is the first bathroom, showcasing an elegant design with a stylish bowl sink and vanity mirror. The spacious standing shower features a luxurious rainfall showerhead and is fully stocked with essential amenities for your convenience. Along the hallway, you’ll find the in-unit washer and dryer, offering the convenience of fresh laundry at your fingertips during your stay. Second Bedroom: The second bedroom is thoughtfully designed for both comfort and functionality. It features two full-sized beds, both of which have memory foam mattresses. There are black out curtains, white noise machines, and USB charging ports by the bed for added convenience to ensure a good nights sleep. There is also a closet with ample space for use during your stay. Second Bathroom: The second bathroom, located next to the second bedroom, is beautifully designed and fully equipped with bathroom essentials. It also features a relaxing tub, ideal for unwinding and enjoying a soothing bath after a long day. Third Bedroom: The third bedroom features a luxurious king-sized bed for ultimate comfort, a 43-inch mounted TV for entertainment, and ample storage with a closet and dresser, ensuring a restful and organized stay. Kitchen: At the end of the hallway, the kitchen awaits, featuring brand new stainless steel appliances including a fridge, oven, stove, microwave, and dishwasher. Things to note: Parking: We have one free off-street parking space for this apartment located at the back of the building. It's a little tight accessing off of the alley way, so larger vehicles may be easier to park on the street. We can offer street parking for additional vehicles as well at no charge. Pets: Pets are welcome for a small fee of $25 per stay. Washer/Dryer: Guests have access to a convenient in-unit washer and dryer, free of charge, making laundry a hassle-free part of your stay.

May 2026 5.00My friends and I (a group of 6) enjoyed our stay at Jake's place. We're from Cleveland and traveled to Pittsburgh for 1 night out on the town. The place was very clean and modern, which I like a lot. The beds were comfortable and the commination between host and I was timely and professional. I would recommend a stay at Jake's place.

May 2026 3.00Unfortunately, I was disappointed with our stay compared to my expectations from the listing description and the cost. I was expecting an "immaculate" apartment, shiny and new, and very comfortable - but that's not what we received. It's not bad, but it's definitely rough, corners were cut, the overall construction seems quite cheap. A few specific issues: The doors were unlocked and open upon our arrival, which was a bit concerning. The upstairs neighbors were unreasonably loud, and/or the construction is so cheap that there is no sound dampening between floors. They toned it down a notch after I reached out to the host, but generally still bothersome. The water pipes in the walls screech non stop. This woke me up about every hour or so throughout the night. It's a sound similar to dropping a metal spoon on a hard floor, in the bedroom. Randomly, constantly. Primary bedroom only has basic blinds and does not have blackout shades (for a balcony door in the room).

May 2026 5.00This is my second time staying at this location. The first time, we were on the fourth floor (which we also loved!) but my dog was not loving all the steps. For this trip, Jake kindly accommodated us so we were on the first floor instead - a huge plus for our pup😊 My son also arrived a few hours early and Jake was very responsive and let him in earlier than the posted check-in time. Thank you, Jake for always responding within minutes! We will definitely stay here again when we are back in Pittsburgh!
